With an existing client base of 50 blue-chips and leading eCommerce retailers and an unrivaled name for quality and service, we’re seeking an Enterprise-level Sales Director with the vision to double the sales revenue in 2.5 years. Supporting our clients in managing digital performance, improving user experience, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and increasing ROI through the provision of uniquely in-depth analysis, reporting of actionable information, and a common language understood by all departments.

You’ll demonstrate the ability to plan strategically and implement on the ground a plan to maximise our existing channels to market both via partners and direct, and ramp up our account-based marketing to utilise our wide network to reach new clients more rapidly and effectively.

Your Skills:

  • Proven sales success with a history of identifying and winning new opportunities and growing accounts.
  • Excellent people management skills

  • Must demonstrate skills in being a true ambassador for the business
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Developed leadership negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and engage individuals
  • Ability to set out a clear direction, inspire others and assume command
  • Ability to communicate directly to individuals at all levels
  • Ability to grasp critical issues and distill them into clear and manageable priorities, weighing both the costs and benefits
  • Can work within a fast-moving environment whilst driving toward clarity and solutions providing others with clear guidance and stability.
