Established in 2003, we have grown to become a significant player in the UK Web Performance Monitoring and Testing market. We provide in-depth monitoring and analysis of website performance to give our customers unparalleled insight into their clients’ online experience.
Our clients range across all industry sectors, Local and Central Government. We work with organisations of all sizes: from FT100 companies to SMEs. Names you might recognise include Debenhams, William Hill, Cineworld and Ted Baker.
It goes without saying that we’re a friendly bunch, but don’t mistake that for being casual or unfocussed in our approach. At the time of writing we have around 35 staff across a number of departments – from Sales and Marketing to R&D, all of whom bring specialist knowledge to the team. We encourage collaboration, innovation and challenging the status quo. We make a point of attending conferences, holding internal knowledge-sharing events and developing our people and what we do. If you are naturally curious, question accepted wisdom and love problem-solving then you’re going to fit right in!
Where and when we work
Our office is located in central Canterbury – very close to the Bus Station and within easy walking distance of Canterbury East Station. We are also accessible via the three Park & Rides in Canterbury. Our office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday although there is always some flexibility as, let’s face it, real life does sometimes get in the way!
It’s not all work and no play
Apart from working as part of a professional, multi-skilled team (what do you mean that isn’t enough!?) there are some other staff perks that have become an established part of the experience, including: company outings to go Karting or to an Escape Room, Pizza Tuesday on the last Tuesday of the month, Christmas and Summer Socials, oh and the annual Bake Off contest (bake or taste… the choice is yours).
