So, what’s changed? The last twelve months have seen a period of rapid growth and development as we’ve welcomed new clients and teammates into the fold. Although our goal of supporting frictionless digital journeys and reducing risk for the UK’s biggest brands remains unaltered, we felt it was time to more effectively communicate our vision – and encapsulate our collaborative approach – via a rebrand.
You’ll be seeing more than a cursory update to the company name and logo. Our messaging – including website and social media presence – will be overhauled and more accurately reflects how we help clients to succeed as they face the challenges of delivering an outstanding customer experience at a time of rapid digital transformation.
